Transgenic Supply Services
Charles River Laboratories Transgenic Services has extensive experience
maintaining, breeding, and characterizing transgenic and knockout animals. Our
Transgenic Supply Services support commercialization of your unique rodent
model by allowing you to leverage our expertise while measuring the demand for
a model.
Transgenic Services will maintain and breed your animals under a customized
program that allows for small- or large-scale production. We house animals
in sterile isolators according to rigorous biosecurity guidelines, and will
fill and ship orders as they are placed. With an established international
network, Charles River can easily supply most of your collaborators regardless
of location. Our US delivery system includes a dedicated fleet of
climate-controlled vehicles that make continuous trips across the country.
